This plan includes 2 visits from a professional property stager and provides a written report of staging recommendations. The client follows those recommendations and then we follow up.
This plan assumes sellers require some assistance with completing the recommendations detailed in their consultation report. Our team of professionals can help.

First Visit: • Includes 2-hour analysis• Room by room walk through with clients• 7 page, detailed written report of recommendations• Tools for market readiness• Client fulfils report recommendations Second Visit: • Return visit for a 1 hour fine tuning• Ensures all details in every room are showcase ready• We provide helpful aftermarket advice
Assistance As Needed
Builds on the Property Consultation: • Includes 2-hour analysis• Room by room walk through with clients• 7 page, detailed written report of recommendations• Client fulfills some report recommendations• We assist with completing any remaining recommendations• Includes help with packing, cleaning or staging• We also remove unwanted items, provide furniture rentals and more• We ensure all details in every room are showcase ready

Property Evaluation: • Includes a thorough property walk through. An estimate fee is collected prior to determining requirements. Estimation: • A detailed cost estimate and configuration specific to your needs. We source and reserve furniture / accessories, schedule a time for delivery and book a staging teamClient Approval:• We review the estimate and plan with client. A deposit will be collected to confirm the staging event. Staging Day: • A team will transform your property and showcase it for market readiness. The remainder of the package fee will be collected.
